Draft National Research Agenda on CHWs released! At the 2007 APHA Annual Meeting, a draft document was released from a January 2007 invitational conference, "Focus on the Future," which lays out a first draft of a national research agenda on the CHW field. CHWs, researchers and other stakeholders contributed to this document, which is intended to promote a coordinated approach to filling gaps in the evidence base for the CHW field. Click here to view or download a copy of the Executive Summary of the conference report; click here for the Spanish version; click here for the full report, or send us an email to request hard copies of any of these documents by mail. Feedback is still needed, especially from policymakers and practicing CHWs. |
